A special rubber compound and the integrated, grippy diamond structure, similar to the SQlab 7OX grip, ensure that the Gravel handlebar tape remains perfectly grippy in all weather conditions. Micro-vibrations are dampened by an absorbent layer and premature muscle fatigue is counteracted.

The three rows of knobs serve as a reference point for the handle size or winding thickness. The winding thickness of SQlab handles can be determined using the handle width template.
Size S: The handlebar tape is wrapped so that all three rows of nubs are visible.
Size M: The handlebar tape is wound so that two rows of nubs are visible.
Size L: The handlebar tape is wrapped so that only one row of pimples is visible.
This winding technique is mainly recommended for the lower handlebars. There you mostly grip in the downhills and therefore have the highest pressure on your hands.

714 Handlebar tape
The 714 Gravel handlebar tape is suitable for all types of gravel bikes, whether performance-oriented or off-road. With a generous length of 2500 mm, it adapts effortlessly to different handlebar widths and thicknesses. The product was developed because of extensive studies in the SQlab laboratory and represents the highest level of ergonomics, grip and comfort.
The bottom of the handlebar tape is equipped with a special microfiber-absorbing layer that absorbs micro-vibrations and thus provides pleasant cushioning for the wrists on the gravel bike. This allows the rider to fully concentrate on the gravel tour on uneven terrain.
