For irreparable damage to your SQlab, Gloworm, Bikefit or Shanren  product caused by a fall in the first six month, we offer a 50% discount on the purchase of a new replacement product and 30% for older products up to one Year.

If you want to take advantage of Crash Replacement, please contact us with proof of purchase and a description and/or picture of the damage for a return code/address.

Hereby the product automatically becomes our property and we contact you after a detailed examination regarding a suitable replacement product.
