Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping costs:
We use The Courier Guy with door to door service , depending on your area from same day to max. 4-5 week days
The flat rate for orders under R999 is R99 for Gauteng and R139 for all other areas in South Africa, all orders exceeding R999 are free of charge.
Returns:
Saddles: 30 days trial with money back guarantee! You can test our saddles 30 days extensively, the more the better.
(only valid for orders here on our web site. Returned products must be with original packaging and both the product and the display packaging must be free of any damages)
marks on the seat post clamp are not considered as damage.

Any other product can be returned within 14 days if unused and in new condition and with all tags/ original packaging intact.

Returned products can be sent to our address(no postnet etc.) or can be collected at your cost.
